Blue Badge parking is available in Jacson Street. There is a ramp at the museum entrance.
We welcome guide and assistance dogs and an induction loop is fitted throughout the galleries.
Ladies' toilets can be found on the first floor in the Ceramics & Glass gallery.
Gents' toilets can be found on the staircase between the first and second floor.
There is also a ground floor accessible toilet.
There are baby-changing facilities in all toilets.
There are lifts from the ground floor to the second floor. These can be found in the cafe (ground floor), Ceramics & Glass gallery (first floor) and on the balcony (second floor).
Unfortunately, the Eygptian Balcony is not accessible by lift.
Audio guides are available in the Fine Art Gallery on the second floor, or from any member of staff.
Surf for free in the Harris! There is free wi-fi available in the museum.
Situated in the impressive atrium, the cafe is open Monday-Saturday for snacks and drinks.
