We Matter: Young Harris art club

The Young Harris art club would like to invite you to join them on a new group project, We Matter which will start at the end of September 2019.

The project.
The project will run every two weeks, ending in Jan 2020 - with a short break in December - and will explore the theme of identity from the groups perspective as young artists. You will work with Kerry Tenbey who is a North West based Sculptor, Maker and Visual Artist – and recent Fine Art graduate from The University of Central Lancashire. Kerry will work with the group to create wearable artworks that project their individual identities.

Young Harris
Young Harris is suitable for all young people aged 12-16, you do not need to be "good" at art!  You just need to be interested in doing something creative and proactive! 

All materials are provided and the sessions are free.

Kerry Tenby
See Kerry's artwork here: . She experiments with a wide variety of materials and processes to produce 3D compositions which invite the audience to consider and question what it means to be 'Human' in a material world.

Her work explores concepts of identity, sexuality and Gender.
