Speaking of Art is a free programme of public talks and debates which address issues of public art commissioning. Urban View was the second phase of events and ran from Nov – Dec 2005. Urban View presented a programme of talks which approached ideas of the Urban from three different perspectives, including a detailed focus on Preston.
